Melt some vanilla Icecream .
Mix 4 tablespoons of sugar with 2 tablespoons of golden syrup ( US = Corn Syrup )
Melt over medium heat and stir till golden brown .
Remove from heat , add 1 teaspoon of baking soda , stir , pour onto greased paper .
When hard , crack into small pieces , mix through the melted vanilla ice cream & re freeze .
