Today I invented a potato egg pancake. The most similar product of the similar spirit is Spanish omelet. Spanish omelet uses cubed potato and requires to cook the potato cubes first with oil. Here I adopted hash brown's potato --use potato fine slices instead.
Mix the fine slices with eggs, seasoned, into an oiled heated pan. Wait 5 minutes. Cover the pan with a big plate and flip the pan to get the pancake out. Slide the pancake into the pan for another 5 minutes.
The product is shown in the above figure. I've claimed patent for this invention.
