Matcha Tea Biscuits

I made Matcha tea biscuits over the weekend. The dough was made from rice and kamut flours. The two are rather mild in their taste and let the Matcha tea revealed his full savor.


I wanted to ice them with just chocolate, but my chocolate did not turned out how it was supposed. I then added some fresh cream and some butter... Some of the butter would not mix, so I had to remove it...
In the end the icing is similar to a truffle texture/flavour and is rather good!
