is back at Le Comptoir

I have been back from holiday for nearly two weeks. School started Monday and I am trying to get back into a rythm... It is challenging. Yesterday for the first time, I have been able to create again recipes.


I started with a soup as the weather is a bit cooler now. I roasted orange and purple carrots and an onion as well. All was then cooked in a broth and mixed. It was served with black sesame seeds and bacon stripes.


I made also biscuits for desert. The dough was made out of rice flour and tsampa. I added chia seeds and chocolate chips which will make them also a perfect snack for kids.
